 I've own this review for a long tome. I've used Rosa Cleaning Services for over 2 years. The crew is professional, friendly and thorough, they help me with chores that make my life so easy such as dishes, laundry and organizing my kids messy rooms.  Soraya and her team are fantastic! They paid great attention to every detail I mentioned and guarantee their work which is really rare. They charge more but will go above and beyond to make sure everything is as clean as possible. Not only that but they were really kind and respectful.  These ladies (Betty, Carla) are thorough and professional. Soroya is great at communicating - I text her when my apartment is needing a little love and she responds very quickly. Whoever is coming that day will text me when they're on the way. I work from home so pre-COVID I would work in the other room while they clean.  A bit pricier than my last deep cleaning but way more in-depth (windows, fridge, grease stains, carpet and hard floor cleaning), so it was well worth it! They were very meticulous and paid attention to detail for a deep clean after the tenant left the apartment a mess about 2 weeks ago. 

I was blown away at the difference! The bathroom (which I thought I'd have to completely demolish) was as close to sparkling as humanly possible. 

Two ladies came to clean for about 5 or more hours! Dedication!

Note that with the trash removal service add-on, it is only moving the trash outside. You will still need to plan to dispose of the trash items yourself.

 I have used Rosa Cleaning service atleast 3 times since November of 2019. What I appreciate the most is their consistency in cleaning.  This company was great because of their quick reply to my inquiry, and ability to do a good job cleaning my house before I moved in. They did a deep clean for a competitive price and i look forward to using them for regular weekly cleanings, if the prices and service continue to be very reasonable.
